For login, workspace, reporting, PDF, upload, or account questions, email us from the address connected to your Webcare HQ account and describe what happened. Screenshots are welcome, but please remove passwords, full payment-card numbers, and other unnecessary sensitive information.
Billing, cancellations, and refunds
Include your account email and Dodo Payments order or invoice number. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for Webcare HQ subscriptions and processes charges, taxes, invoices, and approved refunds. Review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before submitting a request.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and tell us whether you want to access, correct, export, or delete account information. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
