Terms of Service
Effective: September 12, 2026
By creating an account or using Webcare HQ, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.
1. The Service
Webcare HQ is a hosted software service for organizing website-care clients, maintenance tasks, screenshots, recommendations, and branded reports. Features and capacity depend on your selected plan. The Service does not itself monitor, repair, host, or guarantee the performance or security of your clients’ websites.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Give accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly tell us at support@webcarehq.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions following any stated free trial. Prices, currency, included client capacity, and renewal terms are displayed before checkout. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout.
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. Dodo Payments processes payment, applicable sales tax, invoices, renewal charges, and approved refunds under its checkout terms and privacy notice. Your bank statement may identify Dodo Payments or its designated billing descriptor.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time through the Billing area in your Webcare HQ account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless law requires otherwise. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us a limited, worldwide right to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service, provide support, secure the platform, and comply with law. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process client and personal information through Webcare HQ.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law; infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; upload malware; probe or bypass security; disrupt the platform; misrepresent reports or findings; send spam; or resell access except through an arrangement we approve. We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
7. Our intellectual property
Webcare HQ and its software, design, brand, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service during your account term. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation except where applicable law does not allow those restrictions.
8. Service changes and availability
We work to keep the Service available, but maintenance, outages, security events, and third-party failures can occur. We may modify features to improve, secure, or maintain the Service. If a change materially reduces a paid core feature, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or threats to the Service. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that reports will identify every website issue. You remain responsible for professional judgment, client communications, backups, and actions taken from a report. To the extent permitted by law, Webcare HQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and our aggregate liability related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy form the agreement between you and Webcare HQ. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder remains effective. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a business reorganization. Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve it through support.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Questions can be sent to support@webcarehq.com.
